Tootjainfo: "If you take a casual stroll along the fair coastline of Gotland, you might wonder if there are any forests on the island at all. But make no mistake about it. Deep and dark, they are, and twisted – the pine forests of this storied isle. There are many legends of these woods, and one that is centuries old tells of a monster attracted to the smell of smoke from campfires. A friendly monster, but still… Many a camper has wet his pants upon discovering the Marshmallow Monster hovering over the dying embers trying to toast a perfect skewerful of sweets for his cocoa. We first heard tell of the Marshmallow Monster from our friends at Malmö Brygghus, so it was only natural to make our collaboration brew a homage to this kind Swedish creature. For we believe in the goodness of all men – and monsters.

Ingredients: Vand. Bygmalt: Pale, Gotland smoked, Crystal 150, Caramunich 2, Chocolate. Corn Malt: flaked Oats. Kaffebønner. Marshmallows. Fyrrenåle. Hops: Columbus. Gaer. UK ale."

Keskmist kasvu pudel, pildil lõkkepaistel troll. Sõrmepaksune pruunakas vahukiht on keskmise püsivusega. Õlle värvus - tume-tume-tumepunane. 

Aroom. Ohhooo. Siin on suitsu, paksu nätsket rõsket suitsu. Rabavesi ja suitsev turvas. Musti ploome ja soe lõkkease. Kõrvetatud leib ja sütes küpsetatud kardulas.

Esammekk on keskmisest raskema kehaga ja jõuliselt magus-hapukas, kergelt portveinilik. Keskmaitse suitsuploomist tehtud kreem on määritud tule kohal röstitud rosinakeeksile. Lõppmaitse  ... hmmm kas veini saab röstida? Kui teha veinist marmelaad ja siis seda korraks läbi leegi lasta, võiks saada üsna sarnase tulemuse. Järelmekk on vürtsikas ja mõrkjas, kergelt kukalt judisema panev ja raske nagu trolli jalajälg.

Raskepoolse kehaga, mõõdukalt karboniseerunud paletiga, jõuliselt magusakas-hapukas-magusakas-mõrkjas-vürtsikas-hapukas-mõrkja buketiga ÜBERtaseme rüübe. Suitsune ja rõmeline. Röstitud ploomiveinimarmelaad.
