Esmamekk on väga kerge, lausa vesisevõitu ja õrnalt mõrkjas. Keskmaitse annab endast välja sedasama pomelo meeldivat magusmõrkjust, mis lõppmaitses täieneb magusakama linnasenoodiga. Järelmaitse mõjub väga kargelt, värskelt ja tsipa kuivalt.
Väga kerge kehaga, tugevalt karboniseeritud, mõrkjas-magusa buketiga kerge lauaõlu, mis sobib ka pikemaks istumiseks. Toidusoovituseks ... hmm, miskipärast tuleb suitsulatikasalat silme ette.
