Tootjainfo: "Here on Amager island we are as blessed with Amager Fælled (Amager Common), a beautiful piece of nature with fantastic animal and bird life. Actually, there is no other place in Europe where there are such large open spaces near such a big city, now a subway even takes you almost directly into the bird’s song. Amager Common has a history as both a place of execution and for the testing of military weapons, but nowadays you hardly meet anything more controversial than joggers, birdwatchers and little children in shorts.
When you visit this rustic paradise, do it like this golden ale from Amager Brewery by bicycle or subway tunnel. With its clean malt sweetness and its gentle and floral hop tones it is the beer created to quench the thirst out here in Amager’s free and beautiful scenery.

Väike lihtne pudel, sildil helge hirv :) Valge pöidlapaksune vahukiht on mõõduka püsivusega. Õlle värvus - kirkalt kollane. Arooom on leebelt heinane ja lilleline, meenutades eile niidetud õitsvat loduheinamaad. 

Esmamekk on kergepoolse kehaga ja mõrkjas-magusakas. Keskmaitse muutub hapukamaks ja veidi puuviljasemaks. Lõppmaitse - mõrkjas, kuivapoolne, isegi mõru, leivane ja linnaseline. Järelmekk puudutab taas hapukamat üld-marjast/puuviljast serva, kuid seejärel võtab uuesti mõrkja ja ka vürtsika kuivapoolse karge istekoha.

Keskmisest kergema kehaga, mõõdukalt karboniseerunud ja kuivapoolse buketiga, mõrkjas-magusakas-hapukas-mõru-hapukas-mõru-vürtsika buketiga Übertaseme rüübe. Väga lihtne, kuid samas nauditavalt klaari ja puhta maitsega - perfektne joogiõlu, mis ei tee kompromisse kvaliteedi ja maitse osas.
