Esmamekk on kerge kehaga ja mõrkjas-hapukas. Keskmaitse - hapukas, õrna magusa saiase fooniga ja marineeritud kurgi meenutusega. Lõppmaiste - hapukas-magus, marineeritud mustsõstralehtede veidralt huvitava knihviga. Järelmekk - magus-vürtsikas, kuivapoolne ja nüüd juba marineeritud tillivarre mõtetes kinni :)
Kergepoolse kehaga, tugevalt karboniseerunud ja kuivapoolse paletiga, mõrkjas-hapukas-magus-hapukas-magusakas-vürtsika buketiga VÄÄÄGA hea ja huvitav rüübe. Omamoodi leeb friigikas, meenutades portsu marineeritud aiasaadusi :)
